bbArch was first appointed as Project Feasibility Advisors while the client was bidding for the project through an NCLT resolution process. Once the client — ReaRCo (Real Estate Asset Resolution Company) — was confirmed as the Successful Resolution Applicant (SRA), bbArch was appointed Architects for the scheme.
Set on a two-hectare site, the development carries 110,000 sq.m. of built-up area across seven residential towers, served by a basement parking level, a commercial block and a range of services and ancillary blocks. The landscaped grounds bring together swimming pools, sports fields, specialised play areas, walking tracks and a mandir.
The project is being delivered in two phases. Phase 1 is nearing completion, with the occupancy certificate now being applied for and first handovers expected in late 2026 / early 2027. The next phase — two towers of thirty storeys each — is under construction on site, with the whole development scheduled for completion in 2028. Vayu @ KVD Windpark has received IGBC Green Building GOLD pre-certification.
