Babbar & Babbar Architects designed the Phase II villas for Muscat Hills, the region's first green golf course. The 66 high-end villas were designed with Arabic sensibilities for an expatriate market and to international standards.
The design has been very well received by the client and potential investors, and the project is in financial planning and approvals. bbArch has also prepared conceptual designs for the commercial district and the golf club.
